1. Who We Are

Blueprint Workforce LLC (“Blueprint,” “we,” “us”) is a US-based remote staffing company that places pre-vetted professionals with construction, design, and trade businesses across the United States. Our platform uses behavioral assessments to match candidates with employer roles based on verified skills and work style compatibility.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from candidates (“you” or “candidate”) and employers (“client” or “employer”), how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using our platform at blueprintworkforce.com or client.blueprintworkforce.com you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

When you apply to Blueprint Workforce and use our platform, we collect:

  • Personal information: full name, email address, phone number, city and country of residence

  • Authentication credentials: email/password or third-party OAuth tokens used to access the candidate portal
  • Tax documentation: W-8BEN forms (collected before first payment)
  • Communication records: emails sent through our platform, support interactions

2b. From Employers

When you create an employer account and use our platform, we collect:

  • Billing information: payment details processed through our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers)
  • Hiring activity: roles browsed, candidates selected, placement history, start dates
  • Authentication credentials: email/password or third-party OAuth tokens
  • Communication records: emails, support interactions, agreement signatures

2c. Automatically Collected

When you visit our website or use our platform, we automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information (type, version, operating system)
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Pages visited, time spent, and navigation patterns
  • Referral source (how you found us)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate our platform: process applications, run behavioral assessments, generate role-match scores, facilitate candidate-employer matching, and manage placements
  • Process payments: handle bi-weekly billing for employer subscriptions and contractor compensation through secure third-party payment providers
  • Communicate with you: send transactional emails (application confirmations, assessment links, onboarding instructions, placement updates)
  • Generate AI-powered insights: create candidate summaries and coaching analysis that help employers evaluate matches and help candidates develop professionally
  • Marketing communications: send relevant updates and nurture sequences to prospects who have provided their email address
  • Improve our services: analyze platform usage patterns, assessment effectiveness, and placement outcomes to improve our matching algorithms and user experience
  • Maintain security: detect fraud, monitor assessment integrity, and protect platform operations
  • Comply with legal obligations: fulfill tax reporting requirements, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our terms of service

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share information only in the following circumstances:

4a. Candidate Information Shared with Employers

When employers browse our platform, they can view candidate profiles that include: first name, role title, years of experience, general location (city/country), behavioral assessment scores, AI-generated candidate summaries, and match quality designation. Full contact details are shared only after an employer completes checkout for a specific candidate.

4b. Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate our platform, including:

  • Cloud database and file storage provider (servers located in the United States)
  • Payment processing provider, which handles all payment card data per PCI-DSS standards
  • Transactional email delivery provider
  • AI processing provider for candidate summaries and coaching analysis (we send limited candidate data including scores, dimensions, and role context to generate insights)
  • Marketing automation provider for email nurture sequences to prospects
  • Website and platform hosting provider
  • Authentication services provider (for third-party OAuth sign-in options)

We require all service providers to maintain appropriate security measures and to process your data only for the purposes we specify.

4c. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5. Assessment Data and Integrity

Our behavioral assessment is central to how we match candidates with roles. Here is how we handle assessment data:

  • Assessment responses are stored securely and used to calculate role-match percentages across our specialized roles
  • Score details and individual question responses are not visible to candidates; only overall match status is communicated
  • Employers see dimension-level match percentages but not individual question responses
  • We monitor assessment integrity through multiple automated and manual methods; violations of assessment integrity policies result in removal from the platform
  • Cooldown periods apply to prevent repeat assessment attempts
  • We do not use assessment data for any purpose other than role matching, candidate development, and platform improvement

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in secured databases hosted in the United States with row-level security enabled. Video interview recordings are stored in secured cloud storage with access controls.

We implement the following security measures:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission
  • Role-based access controls across our portals (employer, candidate, admin); candidates cannot access employer data and vice versa
  • Server-side authentication verification on every API route and page load
  • Permission-gated admin access with feature-level controls per team member
  • Payment card processing handled entirely by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider; we never store full card numbers on our servers

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information as follows:

  • Active candidate profiles: retained for as long as you remain active on the platform or in a placement
  • Assessment data: retained for as long as necessary for platform operations and integrity enforcement, subject to periodic review
  • Employer account data: retained for the duration of the account plus 2 years after account closure for billing and tax records
  • Video interview recordings: retained for 1 year after the recording date, or for the duration of an active placement, whichever is longer
  • Marketing contact information: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • Tax documents (W-8BEN): retained for 3 years after the last tax year in which the form was relevant, per IRS requirements

8. International Data Transfers

Blueprint Workforce is based in the United States. Our candidates are primarily located in the Philippines. By using our platform, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to the United States and processed there.

We do not currently operate under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as our services are not directed at EU residents. If this changes, we will update this policy accordingly.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Correction: request that we correct inaccurate information
  • Deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements and active placement obligations
  • Opt-out of marketing: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us
  • Data portability: request your data in a commonly used format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@blueprintworkforce.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Note: deleting your account or assessment data may affect active placements. If you are currently placed with an employer, certain data must be retained for the duration of the placement.

10. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses essential cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. We may also use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our site.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data to third parties.
