Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the
Blueprint Workforce platform and services.
Effective: January 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Blueprint Workforce LLC (“Blueprint,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using our website (blueprintworkforce.com), employer platform (client.blueprintworkforce.com), or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using our platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our platform.
2. Description of Services
Blueprint Workforce is a remote staffing platform that connects US-based construction, design, and trade businesses with pre-vetted Filipino professionals across specialized administrative, financial, design, project management, and marketing roles.
Our services include:
- A self-service employer portal where clients browse pre-assessed candidate profiles, compare matches by role-fit percentage, and select candidates for placement
- A proprietary behavioral assessment system that evaluates candidates and generates role-match scores
- Candidate onboarding, training, and ongoing performance support
- AI-powered candidate summaries and coaching analysis
- Bi-weekly billing and payment processing
3. User Accounts
3a. Account Creation
To access our platform, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3b. Account Types
Employer accounts: for US-based businesses seeking to hire remote professionals through our platform.
Candidate accounts: for professionals applying to join our talent network and be matched with employer roles.
You may not use an account type that does not correspond to your actual relationship with Blueprint.
3c. Account Security
You must notify us immediately at support@blueprintworkforce.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if you have not maintained reasonable security of your credentials.
4. Employer Terms
4a. Candidate Selection and Checkout
Employers browse candidate profiles showing behavioral assessment scores, role-match percentages, skills, and AI-generated summaries. Selecting a candidate and completing checkout initiates a placement and a bi-weekly billing subscription.
All candidates displayed on our platform have passed our proprietary behavioral assessment with a minimum role-match threshold. Match scores reflect behavioral compatibility; they do not guarantee job performance outcomes.
4b. Pricing and Billing
Blueprint uses performance-based pricing with tiered rates based on candidate match quality. Rates vary by role and tier.
Billing is bi-weekly (26 billing periods per year). Payments are processed through our PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. Current pricing is displayed on our website and within the platform at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing; changes will not affect active placements mid-cycle.
A one-time onboarding fee applies per hire.
4c. Contractor Relationship
Candidates placed through Blueprint are independent contractors, not employees of Blueprint or the employer. Blueprint facilitates the working relationship and handles contractor payments. The employer provides task direction and project scope.
Employers are responsible for ensuring their use of remote contractors complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
4d. No Circumvention
Employers agree not to hire, engage, or contract directly with any Blueprint candidate who was selected, interviewed, or placed through the platform (or attempt to do so) outside the Blueprint platform for a period of 12 months after the placement ended or the candidate was last presented for consideration. Violation of this clause entitles Blueprint to a placement fee equal to 12 months of the applicable top-tier rate for that role.
5. Candidate Terms
5a. Application and Assessment
By applying to Blueprint, you agree to complete our behavioral assessment honestly and without external assistance. The assessment generates role-match scores used to connect you with employer opportunities.
5b. Assessment Integrity
Blueprint takes assessment integrity seriously. The following will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform:
- Using AI tools, browser extensions, or external assistance to complete assessment questions
- Providing false identity information or attempting to retake the assessment under a different identity
- Any behavior that compromises the accuracy of your assessment results, including violations of assessment monitoring protocols
Assessment integrity is monitored through multiple automated and manual methods. Cooldown periods apply between assessment attempts. Permanent removal decisions may be reviewed at Blueprint’s sole discretion.
5c. Contractor Status
If placed with an employer through Blueprint, you are engaged as an independent contractor. You are not an employee of Blueprint Workforce or the employer. You are responsible for your own tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
Blueprint will collect a W-8BEN form from you before your first payment, as required by US tax law for payments to non-US persons.
5d. Compensation
Placed candidates receive compensation processed by Blueprint on a bi-weekly schedule through international payment transfer services. Payment timing depends on successful processing by the employer and transfer completion times.
Blueprint is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems, currency conversion fluctuations, or incomplete payment information provided by the candidate.
5e. Availability and Communication
Active candidates are expected to maintain reasonable availability and respond to platform communications in a timely manner. Extended unresponsiveness may result in your profile being paused. You may reactivate your profile at any time through the candidate portal or by contacting support.
5f. Video Interviews
Candidates may be asked to complete video interview recordings as part of the application process. By recording a video interview, you grant Blueprint the right to store the recording and share it with prospective employers as part of your candidate profile. Recordings are retained per the terms in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, assessments, scoring algorithms, role blueprints, training materials, and other intellectual property on the Blueprint platform are owned by Blueprint Workforce LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of our platform.
The behavioral assessment questions, scoring methodology, dimension weightings, and role-matching algorithms are proprietary and confidential. Candidates and employers agree not to share, publish, or disclose assessment content.
7. AI-Generated Content
Blueprint uses artificial intelligence to generate candidate summaries, coaching analysis, and other insights. This AI-generated content is provided as a supplementary tool to assist decision-making.
AI-generated summaries reflect patterns in assessment data and are not a substitute for the employer’s own judgment. Blueprint does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Employers should evaluate candidates based on the full range of available information, including assessment scores, skills, and direct interaction.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to access another user’s account, portal, or data
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s functionality, security, or infrastructure
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use the platform to discriminate against any person based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts
9. Termination
9a. By You
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@blueprintworkforce.com. If you are an employer with active placements, closing your account does not cancel active subscriptions; you must cancel each placement separately. Unused portions of billing periods are not refunded.
9b. By Blueprint
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy
- Assessment integrity failures (candidates)
- Non-payment or payment disputes (employers)
- Conduct that harms other users, Blueprint, or our business relationships
- Other conduct that Blueprint reasonably determines is harmful to the platform or its users
9c. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases. We retain data as described in our Privacy Policy. For employers, outstanding payment obligations survive termination. For candidates, the non-circumvention and confidentiality obligations remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” BLUEPRINT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Specifically, Blueprint does not guarantee:
- That any candidate will meet an employer’s specific performance expectations
- That any candidate will be placed with an employer
- That the platform will be available without interruption
- The accuracy of AI-generated summaries or insights
- Specific cost savings or business outcomes from using our services
Match scores and tier designations reflect behavioral assessment results and indicate compatibility potential; they are not guarantees of performance.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUEPRINT WORKFORCE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
BLUEPRINT’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BLUEPRINT IN THE 6 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blueprint Workforce LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the platform or violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
- Any dispute between an employer and a placed candidate regarding work quality, performance, or working conditions
- Your misclassification of a contractor relationship as an employment relationship
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall take place in the state of Arizona, United States. Each party bears its own costs. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class arbitration against Blueprint.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account) and update the effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For employers with active placements, material changes to pricing or billing terms will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, not mid-cycle.
16. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blueprint regarding use of the platform.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. Blueprint may assign its rights to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
